RESOLUTION NO. 310 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DIS- <br />POSITION CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR LAND TO BE <br />DISPOSED OF IN THE INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION PRO- <br />JECT R -56 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission offered a certain parcel <br />of lard in the Industrial Expansion Project, Ind. R -56, for sale at a pub- <br />lic o fering duly and legally advertised and for which bids were obtained <br />in accordance with legal procedure on August 12, 1969; and <br />WHEREAS, at a Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />on August 15, 1969, the Redevelopment Commission reviewed all bids receiv- <br />ed for the land set forth in the public offering and the highest or best <br />bid was determined by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission at said meet- <br />ing; End <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission has proceeded with other necessary <br />legal steps in order to dispose of said land as offered in the public <br />offering and now desires to enter into Purchase and Redevelopment Agree- <br />ment iNith the South Bend Supply Company, Inc., prospective purchaser and <br />redeveloper. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the President and the Secretary of the <br />Redevelopment Commission are hereby authorized to execute Redevelopment <br />Agreements, Instruments of Conveyance and all other necessary documents <br />for the transfer of real estate to the South Bend Supply Company, Inc., <br />the successful purchaser of land for disposition under the public offering <br />held ugust 12, 1969. <br />Adopt <br />of th <br />South <br />at the regular meeting of the Redevelopment Commission at the office <br />Commission, 1200 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, <br />end, Indiana, 46601 on August 7, 1970. <br />Attest: <br />Rev.
