CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING JULY 16, 2019 200 <br />E <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:03 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />July 16, 2019, by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik, with Board Members Therese Dorau, Laura <br />O'Sullivan, Genevieve Miller and Board President Gary Gilot present. The meeting was held in <br />the 131h Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Dorau stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully <br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and <br />the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy.
