McBride <br />Other Council Absent: None <br />Others Present: Bianca Tirado, Graham Sparks, Bob Palmer <br />Presenters: Michael Divita <br />Agenda: Update: Zoning Ordinance <br />Committee Chair Dr. Oliver Davis called to order the Zoning and Annexation Committee at 5:15 <br />p.m. He introduced members of the Committee and proceeded to give the floor to the presenters. <br />Update: Zoning Ordinance <br />Michael Divita, Principle Planner for the Department of Community Investment with offices <br />located on the 14th floor of the County -City Building, stated, I will be very brief here today. Really, <br />it's just a reminder about the quick fixes coming through the pipeline. One (1) is the introduction <br />of the SF -Three (3) District. Then we also have the reform of the CBD standards. I hope you had <br />a chance to look at those. <br />Committeemember John Voorde arrived at the meeting at 5:16 p.m. <br />Mr. Divita continued, They are fairly straight -forward but we ask that if there are any questions <br />from the Council, please let us know as soon as possible so we can answer those and make any <br />amendments that need to be made. <br />Committee Chair Dr. Davis stated, I will send you a note because I have another question outside <br />of this. I'll send you an email before Area Plan. <br />Councilmember Tim Scott stated, The updates you gave at the off -night meeting were really good. <br />There is a lot of interest by the public on a lot of these changes, so, I want to thank you, Mr. Chair, <br />and Mike and Tim.
