WHEREAS,

<br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
<br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
<br />REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD FORM H -6144,
<br />REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ", INDIANA R -57
<br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the
<br />th Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that it is now
<br />necessarylto purchase Parcel Nos. 1 -14, 5 -14, 6 -2, 6 -7, 12 -9, 22 -49, 23 -1,
<br />41 -20, 42{6, 45 -10, LaSalle Park Project, Indiana R -57; and,
<br />WHEREAS, �t has reviewed the ten separate appraisals for Parcel Nos. 1 -14,
<br />5 -14, 6 -21, 6 -7, 12 -9, 22 -49, 23 -1, 41 -20, 42 -6, 45 -10 and,
<br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for ten parcels of real estate,
<br />identified as Parcels 1 -14, 5 -14, 6 -2, 6 -7, 12 -9, 22 -49, 23 -1, 41 -20, 42 -6,
<br />45 -10, as shown on Form HUD -6144, dated April 3, 1970, is, in the opinion
<br />of the Co fission, fair and reasonable.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
<br />hereby determines that Parcels 1 -14, 5 -14, 6 -2, 6 -7, 12 -9, 22 -49, 23 -1,
<br />41 -20, 42 6, 45 -10, in LaSalle Park be acquired and that the filing with the
<br />Urban Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated April 3, 1970, for the
<br />said Parcels 1 -14, 5 -14, 6 -2, 6 -7, 12 -9, 22 -49, 23 -1, 41 -20, 42 -6, 45 -10,
<br />is hereby approved.
<br />Adopted a the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
<br />held on A ril 3, 1970, at the office of the'Commission, Rm. 1246, County-
<br />City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana.
