RESOLUTION NO. 291 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />APPROVING ADDENDUM NO. 4 TO THE ENGINEERING CONTRACT <br />FOR LASALLE PARK, IND. R -57 <br />WH REAS in the process of providing site improvements for the LaSalle <br />Park Pr ject it was found that the dollar value of the improvements in- <br />stalled and number of items provided was greater than covered by the original <br />contract: and <br />WH REAS the Engineering Contract with Charles W. Cole & Son is geared <br />to Davm nt in relation to the cost of site improvement installation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Addendum No. 4 is hereby ratified <br />and approved to increase the compensation of the engineer for the site <br />improvement design work with such approval being subject to the proper <br />notification of the Department of Housing and Urban Development of this <br />increased cost. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held in the Office of the Commission, 1246 County -City Building, 227 West <br />Jeffers in Blvd., South Bend, Indiana on March 20, 1970. <br />. <br />Llie V.
