RESOLUTION NO. 287 <br />RESOLUTION MAKING THE APPOINTMENT OF ACTING DIRECTOR AND <br />AUTIiORIZING HIS SIGNATURE ON ANY NECESSARY DOCUMENTS <br />WHERIAS the position of Executive Director of the City of South Bend, <br />Department of Redevelopment will become vacant as of March 16, 1970 and there <br />will be a need within the Department to appoint an Acting Director until an <br />Executive Director shall be chosen. <br />BE Il RESOLVED that the Associate Director is appointed Acting Director <br />effective March 16, 1970 to serve in that capacity until such time as an <br />Executive Director can be employed, and <br />BE Il FURTHER RESOLVED that the Associate Director is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute in the behalf of the Department of Redevelopment any <br />and all d cuments requiring the signature of the Executive Director. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Commission held at <br />1246 County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />on March , 1970. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTAE,VT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />ATTEST: <br />Rev. 14illie V.
