RESOLUTION NO. 284 <br />'',SOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE <br />:FTH AMENDATORY CONTRACT AMENDING CONTRACT NO. IND. R- 57(LG) <br />. AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />1D THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of <br />the City of south Bend, Department of Redevelopment, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTIO4 1. The pending proposed Fifth Amendatory Contract (herein called the <br />"Amendatory Contract ") amending that certain Contract No. Ind. R- 57(LG), dated the <br />22nd day of April, 1966, by and between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelop- <br />ment (herein called the "Local Public Agency ") and the United States of America (herein <br />called the `Government "), is hereby in all respects approved. <br />SECTION 2. The President is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br />Amendatory ntract in two counterparts on behalf of the Local Public Agency, and <br />the Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest the official <br />seal of the Local Public Agency on each such counterpart, and to forward such <br />counterparts to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, for execution on <br />behalf of t e Government, together with such other documents relative to the approval <br />and executi n of such counterparts as may be required by the Government. <br />SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />SECTIO 4.
