RESOLUTION NO. 282 <br />r NSOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />DY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING <br />E FILING OF HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES," <br />D. R -66 <br />WHEREAS, he South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City of <br />South Ben , Department of Redevelopment, believes that it is now necessary to <br />purchase 4 parcels, Central Downtown Urban Renewal Project, Ind. R -66; and <br />WHEREAS, # has reviewed the three separate appraisals for 14 parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, ?e0asonable. e proposed acquisition price for the 14 parcels of real estate, as <br />shown on rm HUD -6144, dated December 5, 1969, is, in the opinion of the Commission, <br />fair and <br />NOW, THE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Bend Redevelopment Commission hereby <br />determine that 14 parcels in the Central Downtown Urban Renewal Project be acquired <br />and that �he filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated <br />December , 1969, for the said parcels is hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held <br />on December 5, 1969, in the Office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle Avenue, <br />Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana. <br />CITY F SOUTH BEND <br />DEP TMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />L <br />4 U - -, <br />Donald A.
