Carpet Service Outlet $9,995.00 <br />Venues Parks & Arts reviewed the quote and found that the quote is the only responsive and <br />responsible quote received. <br />Venues Parks & Arts recommends award of a contract for : 99 .00 to the lowest <br />responsive / responsible bidder, Carpet Service Outlet. <br />The Department of Venues Parks & Arts has appropriated sufficient funds from Facilities & <br />Grounds, 201-1101-452.39-89. <br />Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions. <br />Patrick Sherman <br />
