It is now necessary to appropriate additional funds for <br /> operational and capital expenditures necessary for the City to effect provision of services <br /> to its citizens which were not anticipated at the time the City budget was adopted. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> Section I. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in fiscal year 2019 and <br /> set apart within the following designated funds for expenditures as follows: <br /> FUND Amount <br /> Economic Development Income Tax (EDIT) (#408) $500,000 <br /> TOTAL $500,000 <br /> Section II.
