<br />The undersigned, owners of the read estate hereinafter described, hereby
<br />respectfully offer to give and donate to the City of South Bend, and to the people
<br />of the State of Indiana, for a public street for the use of the general public, the
<br />follow ing described real. estate in the City of- South Bend, St. Joseph County, St ate of
<br />Indiana, t o-wit :
<br />Beginning at ad point20' South and 331 East of the North-east corner
<br />of the We-st one-half (1/2) of the Northeast one -quarter. (1/4) of Section Seven (7) ,
<br />Township Thirty-seven (37) ,North Range 3 East of the Second principal meridian of
<br />the State of Indiana, and running thence, South parallel with and 33 1 East of the East
<br />one -eighth (1/8) .line of said section Seven (7) to the Northerly line of Jefferson
<br />Boulevard; thence Northwesterly along the Northerly line oof said Jefferson Boule-
<br />vard to &- point 33T due west of said E'&st one -eighth (1/8) line of said Section Seven
<br />(7); thence North parallel with and 331 West of said East one -eighth (1/9) section
<br />line of said Section. Seven (7), to a point 20t south of the North line of said See-
<br />t i on Sevenn thence East 661 to the plaee of beginning.
<br />The same being & proposed ;opening of street 661 wide, to be known as
<br />GREENLAWN AVENUE, from the North side of East Jefferson Boulevard thru :our real
<br />estate North to the South line of La6&11e'Roaed, and to carry into .effect this don-
<br />ation we herewith present to your Honorable Body & Warranty Deed for your acceptance
<br />of the -said, described real estate, conveying and dedicating the fee simple thereof
<br />for street purposes, to the municipal City of South Bend.
<br />And your petitioners say,that said proposed 'street =has been surveyed
<br />and attach herewith a map of said survey, 'to chow the location thereof and the lines
<br />of the same.
<br />Wherefore your petitioners pray your Board to ' accept such donation
