Hearing, given on Declaratory Resolution No. 133 for Trunk Sewer OR West Sample Street from Web st e.r Street to Olive St reet In the above matter oral remonstrators appeared, but no written remons trance was filed. Therefore, be it resolved that the Board find" in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the sane are hereby in all things ratified,confirmed. and approved. Be it resolved that notices be. published in the South Bend Times on the l9th. day of Apri 1912 and on the 25th., day of April 1912 to the effect thet'this Board will receive bids fbr, the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 7th. day of May 1912, The Board, ''reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
