P y g er be and is here - And be it further resolved that it is contemplated by this Board to im- prove FELLOWS STREET from MONROE STREET to SAMPLE STREET all in said CITY OF SOUTH BEND,by grading and paving said street with Asphalt,Bitulithie,Creosoted Woodox Block or Briek,layed on a five (5) inch portland cement gravel foundation. All as shown on plans,prefiles and speci-fications on file in the office of the Department of Public Works of said City, and that it is hereby at declared,necessary for the Northern Indiana Gas & Electric Company,whieh has, ad operates under,a franchise front said City to supply gas to the citizens of said City, to provide xAd install mains, laterals,servies pipes and connections for gas in said part of said street, of the doseription,looation and number get `forth in said report of said City Engixeer,whieh mains,service pipes and onnoctions are hereby declared necessary for the immediate us of said Company in supplying gas to the owners if pr®perty abutting upon said part of said street.
