Alley East of -Emerick Street from Colfax Avenue to La Salle Avenue, there being .no petition filed asking for change of material;THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,, that the preliminary order is hereby confirmed and the aforesaid street is hereby ordered paved with vitrified brick.Marion Block. DEFREES, he being the low- est and best bidder upon Marion Block Brick pavement'- the same to be laid on, a gravel foundation on Carrell Court from Sample Street to Tutt Street',therebeing no petition filed asking for change of mat erial; THEREX)RE., BE IT RESOLVED, that the preliminary order is hereby confirmed and the aforesaid street 'is hereby ordered -)aved with vitrified brick,,Mariou Brick Block.
