75 Friday larch 22nd. 112. Beard met in regular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present. `✓ Reports received and read from the City Engineer as fQliows:- I respectfully report that I have tabulated thebids submitted march, 19th. for the pav- ing of SOatt Street and find that C. H DeFreees is the lowest and beat bidder upon Marion Block, laid upon a six indh gravel foundation. I therefore recommend that he be awarded t tie contract. Respect fully. W. S. MOORE, City Engineer. ✓ I respectfully report that I have tabule-ted the bids submitted March T19th. for the pav- ing of Fellows Street and find that H.N.Barnes is the lowest and best bic.der with Poston Block laid upon a six inch caravel Foundation. Concerning the improvement of Nart h Scott Street f2oai chi;an Avenue to portage Avenue, in pursuance of Improvement Resolution No•127 & 127-A 1G121 the pre- liminary order for said improvement heretofore adopted is hereby confirmed. The Board now orders that so much of said. street be improved with Vitrified Brick,iaid on a. graved foundation and awards the contract to C. H.
