Continued. / VACATION RESOLUTION'NO. 15. r RESOLVED',by The Board of Public Works of the City of South Ban d .Indiana,' That it is deemed and desired necessary to vacate an alley in Nichells. Sub.Div* in the City of South Bend, Indiana, County of St. Joseph,%rhieh- alley which is proposed to vacate is more specifically described as follows,to—wit;- Beginning at a point on the VGest side of a north and south alley 33.40 feet north of the Southwest corner of lot 8 in said Niclteles SubDiv. thence North westerly along the Northerly lines of lot 9 a distance of 48.20 feet to an In said a,lley;thence Northwesterly a distance of 15.75 feet to the Easterly side side of a 10 ft. alley;thence Southwesterly along the Easterly side of said alley to the Northerly line of George Avenue* thence Northwesterly along the Northerly side of said George Avenue a distance of 10 feet to the Westerly side of said Alley thence Northeasterly along the westerly side of said alley a distance iof FMO feet to the northerly side of can alley; thence Southeasterly along the Nothe..rly side of said Alley 64_ feet; thence Southwesterly to a, point in line vdth the place of beginning; thence South to the place of beginning all as ;shown by plat of such vacation on file in Board of Public Works office. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 21st. day of March and on the 29th. day of March 1912, in the South Bend Daily Times. Barnes of South Bend, I ndi ana who being first duly sworn upon hi z o th,deposes and says that on the 19th. day of March,1912, between the hours 9 and 10. O'clock he made out a. bid for paving in the City,of South Bend, Ind .ana,and deposited with the clerk of the Board of Public Works of said City; that said bid 'is correct in all respects except that part contained 7n said bid referring to two kinds of paving block named Metropolitan and Culver . block is not correct in that the amount in cents were: not carried out for the rea— son that at the time of deposittn.g said bids said affient had not received any quotations of price on said- Metropolitan and Culver block; that sei. d affi a,nt throw that part of said bid referring to sa.iO, Metropolitan and Culver blacks..
