Tuesday March the 5th. 1912 <br />Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.K. A:! l members present. <br />Dr. Stanley A. Clark appeared before the Board in regards to a petition filed wit. <br />with the Board on February 22nd.1912 pertaining to.the improvement. of Nineteenth <br />Street. The same was referred to the City Engineer for investigation. <br />Mr. Rollo Bunch appeared before the Board remonstrancing againnt the dumping of <br />refuge and debris on the east side of the St. Joseph River in the vicinity of <br />Hagerty Street as the smell from the same was very offensive to the residents on <br />Riverside Drive. The same was referred to the Street Commissioners for investi- <br />gation. <br />Petition received by the Board from resident property holders on Olive Street ask# <br />asking for tLhe placing of two lights on Olive Street from Michigan to Elwood Ave. <br />Same referred to the Street Commissioner for investigation. <br />Bids were opened on the follovdng improvements. <br />Pavement on Carroll Court from Tutt Street to sample Street ,Improvement Resolution <br />No.116. and 116 —A. <br />✓ Pavement on the �I rst Alley East of Emeri ck Street from LaSalle Avenue to Colfax <br />Avenue,Improvement Resolution No.117. and 117 —A. <br />,i Pavement on the First Alley South of Washington Street from William to Taylor <br />Street, Improvement Resolution No.120 and 120—A. <br />Pavement improvement on the Fi rst Alley south of Jefferson Blvd. from Main to <br />Lafayette Street,Under Improvement Resolution #122. <br />Pavement on the Second Alley South of Wayne Street from St. Joseph St re et to <br />Carroll Street ,under Improvement Resolution No.125.
