Tuesday February 6th. 1912 <br />Board met in regular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present. <br />In the matter of the Condemnation Resolution No.12 for the purpose of appropriating lend <br />extending from thewest line of High Street produced south to intersect Dubodl Avenue <br />Adopted ont hhe 29th. day of December 19,11. In this matter remo nt.rators_�appeared, but <br />no remonstrances were riled. The Board deferred all action on the some until February <br />the 13th. 1912 by motion duly made seconded and unanimously carried. <br />In the matter of the Condemnation and appropriation of land necessarj/..t.o open and P.xtend <br />. <br />a street from the Westerly bank of the St. Joseph River to a point about forty- nine <br />and one half feet north of the north line of Sampler Street sou h to Broadway Street to a <br />point Two Hundred and Ninety six feet(296) feet east to the east line of High Street. All <br />in the City of S.>uth Bend. Under Condemnation Resolution No. 13. Adopted on the 29th. <br />day of December 1911. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and the Lake Shore <br />aria cchigan Southern Railway Company filed a rent onsi,ra,rice. All action on the foregoing <br />resolution was deferred until February the 13th. 1912 by motion duly made, seconded t-nd <br />unainmously, curried. <br />P re si d.ent . <br />
