.Wednesday Jprua.ry 31st . 1912. Board. met in regular se F7si on at 10 : 00 A. 111. All members present. The Indian. & Michigan Electric Company presented Blue Print and Profiles pf underground wi ring on South Main A reet and Division St reet,petitioning the B Board's approval of the constriction of the same. Plans referred. to the City Engineer for investigation. ✓ Mr. De Paepe appeared before the Board regarding the final estimate on Huron Street Pipe Sewer, asking immediate action of the Board on same . The estimate having been deferred due to the unfinishedcondition of the Street. RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. On motion duly made and seconded, the following preamble and resolution were unanimously adopted: WHEREAS. This Board did on the loth. day of January 1912 deem it ex- pedient and of public utility to permanently improve Scott Street between Michigan Avenue and Portage Avenue,by paving the roadway of the same, and did on said date pass and adopt a resolution authorizing said permanent improvement ,and WHEREAS. The City Engineer has prepared and Filed with this Board a report showing the number and location, as well s the material to be rased and the manner of laying the same,of the service pipes,mains,coriduits,laterals and Con- nections which are,or will be necessary to accommodate the abutting property owner with gas ,wate.r,heat,steam or any of er product for which any person,firm or cor- poration has been granted a franchise for supplying the citizens of the City of South Bend, Indi ana,whi ch report is as follows: REPORT REFERRED TO SHOWING.
