RESOLUTION NO. 275 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, "RE- <br />QUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES," INDIANA R -66 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body <br />of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that <br />it is nov necessary to purchase 88 parcels, Central Downtown Urban <br />Renewal Iroject, Indiana R -66; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for 88 <br />parcels; and <br />WH REAS, the proposed acquisition price for the 88 parcels of real <br />estate, as shown on Form HUD -6144, dated October 10, 1969, is, in the <br />opinion Of the Commission, fair and reasonable. <br />NO , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commissi n hereby determines that 88 parcels in the Central Downtown Urban <br />Renewal roject be acquired and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Ad- <br />ministra ion of Form HUD -6144, dated October 10, 1969, for the said parcels <br />is hereb approved. <br />Adopted <br />held on <br />Avenue, <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />kt the Special Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />)ctober 13, 1969, in the Office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle <br />;uite 1001, South Bend, Indiana. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />
