ing B <br />follo <br />RESOLUTION NO. 272 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION <br />OF FOURTH AMENDATORY CONTRACT AMENDING CONTRACT NO. <br />INDIANA R- 57(LG), BY AND BETWEEN CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AND THE UNITED STATES OF <br />AMERICA, FOR THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, INDIANA R -57. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Govern - <br />rdy of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, as <br />SECTION 1. The pending proposed Fourth Amendatory Contract <br />(herein called the "Amendatory Contract ") amending that certain Contract <br />No. Indiana R- 57(LG), dated the 22nd day of April, 1966, by and between City <br />of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, (herein called the "Local Public <br />Agency") and the United States of America, (herein called the "Government "), <br />is he eby in all respects approved. <br />SECTION 2. The President is hereby authorized and directed to exe- <br />cute said Amendatory Contract in two counterparts on behalf of the Local <br />Public Agency, and the Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to impress <br />and attest the official seal of the Local Public Agency on each such counter- <br />part, and the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to forward <br />such counterparts to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, for <br />execution on behalf of the Government, together with such other documents <br />relative to the approval and execution of such counterparts as may be required <br />by the Government. <br />SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />SECTION 4.
