RE:_)OLVED, By the Board of Public Works of tale City of South Bend, Indiana, that it is desired. and c epnied necessary to make the .�ollowing described public improvements in -the aforesaid City as authorized by tale following numberel iL:provement resolution adopted by said. Board on 10th. day of January 191.2. Resolved that r. irprovement be n ade of the kind, size, location .and terriinal points" as follows: To:: Impro.ve..Walnut Stipeet• from Colfax Avenue to La Po Porte Avenue. By (Trading and Paving the roadway, also grading an4 paving the roadway of intersecting and entering streets and alleys lying within said. por- tion of said Walnut Street, not included in the roadway to be improved., with Asphalt Brick Bitulithis or Creosoted Wooden Block laid on a five (5) inch port- 3 cement gravel concrete foundation, frori curb line to curb line, placing the necessary rear= final cement curb, also the construction of the necessary storm water inlets all a3 shown on the plans, an6 in accordance with the profiler, detail drawings and specifications on file ift the Office of the Department, of Public Works of said City.
