of the <br />it is n <br />Renewal <br />RESOLUTION NO, 271 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, "RE- <br />QUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACgUISITION PRICES," INDIANA R -66 <br />EREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body <br />ity of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that <br />w necessary to purchase 122 parcels, Central Downtown Urban <br />Project, Indiana R -66; and, <br />W�EREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for 122 <br />parcels and <br />W EREAS, the proposed acquisition price for the 122 parcels of <br />real es ate, as shown on Form HUD -6144, dated August 15, 1969, is, <br />in the pinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission hereby determines that 122 parcels in the Central Downtown <br />Urban Renewal Project be acgaired and that the filing with the Urban <br />Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated August 15, 1969, for <br />the said parcels is hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Com- <br />mission held on August 15, 1969, in the Office of the Commission, 120 <br />West La alle Avenue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana. <br />ATTEST; <br />(SEAL) <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />4 1611,: <br />gg ns , r `P dent <br />
