NIEDBALSKI, <br />CONDFIANATION RESOLUTION NO 13- <br />RESOLVEDLY THE BO.A.RD OF PUBLIC WORKS (DF ThE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IND!iNA: That <br />it is deemed and desired necessary to open and extend a street from the westerly bank of <br />the St. Joseph River at a point about forty nine and one half (49-1/2-) feet North of the <br />;forth line of Sample Street, southwesterly to Broadway Street at as point two hundred <br />ninety -six (296) feet East of the East line of 7igh Street; all in tale City of South <br />Bend, County of St. Joseph and State of indi na, the boundary of Which. street so proposed <br />to be opened beink as follows,to-wit:- <br />on t-i-Ile north -line of Broadway at the southwest corner of lot 123 <br />Wen-.2'Ter & Krieghbaum's Second Addition. Thence north along the west line of said lot, and <br />said west line produced a distance of 399.75 feet to tie southerly line of Pennsylvania A <br />Avenue; thence in a northeasterly direction in a direct line to a Point 77.4 feet east ano <br />5 feet south of ttie first angle in Pennsylvania Avenue east of High Street; thence north <br />17,degrees 51 minutes east 340.7 feet; thence north 60 feet to the southerly line of the <br />La1,e Shore' & Michi,an Southern Ry. Co. riight-of-way at a point 602.3 feet from High <br />,Street,,"n'easured along said right-of-way line; thence southeast along said -right-of-way <br />line 51.9 feet; thence northeast at right angles to said right -of-way line 100 feet to <br />the northerly line 'of Tiale Shore & Michigan, Southern Ry.
