of tl <br />it i <br />LaSa' <br />RESOLUTION NO. 270 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, <br />"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES." <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body <br />e City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that <br />now necessary to purchase Parcel Nos. 7 -10, 29 -12 and 29 -17, <br />le Park Urban Renewal Project, Ind. R -57; <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for <br />Parc 1 Nos. 7 -10, 29 -12 and 29 -17; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices for the parcels of real <br />estate, identified as Parcel Nos. 7 -10, 29 -12 and 29 -17, as shown on <br />Form HUD -6144, dated July 18, 1969, is, in the opinion of the Commission, <br />fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission hereby determines that Parcel Nos. 7 -10, 29 -12 and 29 -17, in <br />LaSalle Park, be acquired and that the filing with the Urban Renewal <br />Admi istration of Form HUD -6144, dated July 18, 1969, for said Parcel <br />Nos. 7 -10, 29 -12 and 29 -17, is hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held July 18, 1969, at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle <br />Avenue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana. <br />A' <br />n,K,.- Chenney, <br />(S <br />
