The desire <br />is that the wireless infrastructure will be installed on the buildings to remain out of site as much as possible. The drawing below <br />shows the expected outline of the park. <br />Three buildings will exist on park grounds: <br />• Community Center— IDF-A <br />o Fiber Connection to MDF (Support Facility) <br />• Support Facility—MDF <br />o Metronet Connectivity Path 1 <br />o Metronet Connectivity Path 2 <br />• Existing Lodge— IDF-F <br />o Currently connected to the Metronet (Not connected to any new infrastructure) <br />Four Tesco cabinets will be installed around the park that each house a switch in support of cameras and wireless. <br />• Ice Skating Rink Area— IDF-B <br />o Fiber Connection to MDF (Support Facility) <br />• South Grandstand Area —IDF-C <br />o Fiber Connection to MDF (Support Facility) <br />• Southwest Park Area — IDF-D <br />o Fiber Connection to MDF (Support Facility via IDF-E) <br />• Southeast Park Area — IDF-E <br />o Fiber Connection to MDF (patched through to IDF-D <br />Proposed Solution <br />Overview: <br />• The Support Facility will have <br />o Core switch in the MDF (9300 48-port with 8x SFP+ Uplinks) <br />Fiber Terminations <br />• Two Metronet connections <br />• Five Howard Park fiber connections <br />Copper Terminations <br />• 48-ports <br />o Access switch in the AV rack (1x 9300 24-port with 4x SFP Uplinks) <br />Copper Terminations <br />• 24-ports <br />o Access Points <br />Two internal access points will provide local wireless coverage <br />Two external access points provide outdoor wireless coverage <br />• The Community Building will have <br />o Access switches in the MDF (2x 9300 48-port, one with 4x SFP Uplinks) <br />Fiber Terminations <br />• Uplink to Core Switch <br />Copper Terminations <br />• 96-ports <br />www.nsil.com WI°IY we do is as important as ' I 'l we do (574) 271-0900 <br />
