R -57 WHEREAS Saifits Memorial Church of God in Christ has submitted a written offer meeting the approved minimum price on Disposition Parcel commonly referred to as No. 4 -14, LaSalle Park Project, Indiana R -57; and WHEREAS the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that the acceptance of this bid is in accordance with the approved disposal program for this area; and WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that the redeveloper possesses the qualifi ations and financial resources necessary to acquire and develop the lan in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan; and WHEREAS is sati for use was sub ment.
