INTER -OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br />Department of Innovation & Technology <br />City of South Bend 227 W Jefferson Blvd <br />1865 <br />TO: Board of Public Works, Linda Martin <br />CC: Brian Donoghue, Sandra Kennedy, Aaron Steiner <br />FROM: Denise Linn Riedl <br />SUBJECT: enFocus — Operational Support for Bloomberg Mayors Challenge Transportation <br />as a Benefit Program <br />DATE: 6/18/2019 <br />Linda and Members of the Board: <br />We are submitting for review and approval this agreement with enFocus, Inc. for professional <br />services related to the support and operation of the City's Bloomberg Mayors Challenge <br />program. This program will allow employees of select area employers to access transportation <br />to work funded by the associated Bloomberg grant and employer/employee contribution. <br />Employees will access transportation through customer accounts hosted by enFocus. In <br />addition to provisioning transportation services in this way, enFocus will commit staff resources <br />to assist the City in the development of this program. <br />Please feel free to reach out if there are any questions. <br />Thank you, <br />Denise Linn Riedl <br />Chief Innovation Officer <br />
