CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING <br />JUNE 18, 2019 175 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:03 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />June 18, 2019, by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik, with Board Member Therese Dorau and <br />Laura O'Sullivan present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Genevieve Miller were <br />absent. The meeting was held in the 131h Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. O'Sullivan stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is <br />fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; <br />and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. <br />O'Sullivan stated the following claims were submitted to the board for royal: <br />Name Amount of Claim Date <br />City of South Bend $5,697,659.58 06/14/2019 <br />City of South Bend $1,785,869.15 06/18/2019 <br />Therefore, Ms. O'Sullivan made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be <br />approved as submitted. Ms. Dorau seconded the motion, which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, <br />seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:04 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Gary A.
