Councilmember Gavin Ferlic <br /> seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br /> SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> BILL NO. <br /> 19-38 A SPECIAL RESOLUTION TO RECOGNIZE <br /> MAY AS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS <br /> MONTH <br /> Councilmember Dr. Oliver Davis made a motion to table Bill No. 19-38.
