of tl <br />it is <br />RESOLUTION NO. 261 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, <br />"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES." <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing.Body <br />e City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that <br />now necessary to purchase Parcel No. 41 -10, LaSalle Park Urban <br />al Project, Ind. R -57; <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for Parcel <br />No. 1 -10; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed.acquisition price for the parcel of real <br />estate, identified as Parcel No. 41 -10, as shown on Form HUD -6144, <br />datec May 2, 1969, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and <br />reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission hereby determines that Parcel No. 41 -10, in LaSalle Park, be <br />acquired and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of <br />Form HUD -6144, dated May 2, 1969, for said Parcel No. 41 -10, is hereby <br />approved. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held May 2, 1969, at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle Avenue, <br />Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana. <br />CITY OF SW,TH BEND <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />ggins, tires <br />ATTEST: <br />a <br />
