Govei <br />as fi <br />RESOLUTION NO. 260 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION <br />OF THIRD AMENDATORY CONTRACT AMENDING CONTRACT NO. <br />INDIANA R -57 (LG), BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, AND THE UNITED <br />STATES OF AMERICA <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, <br />ning Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, <br />llows: <br />SECTION 1. The pending proposed Third Amendatory Contract (herein <br />call d the "Amendatory Contract "), amending that certain Contract No. <br />Indiana R -57 (LG), dated the 22nd day of April, 1966 by and between <br />the ity of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment therein called the <br />"Loc l Public Agency "), and the United States of America (herein called <br />the 'Government "), is hereby in all respects approved. <br />SECTION 2. The President is hereby authorized and directed to <br />exec to said Amendatory Contract in two counterparts on behalf of the <br />Local Public Agency, and the Secretary is hereby authorized and directed <br />to i press and attest the official seal of the Local Public Agency on <br />each such counterpart, and the Executive Director is hereby authorized <br />and directed to forward such counterparts to the Department of Housing <br />and Qrban Development, for execution on behalf of the Government, to- <br />geth r with such other documents relative to the approval and execution <br />of s ch counterparts as may be required by the Government. <br />120 <br />(S <br />A <br />SECTION 3.
