it i <br />prof( <br />Land <br />RESOLUTION NO. 259 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, ESTABLISHING THE METHOD AND /OR METHODS OF <br />DISPOSITION AND AUTHORIZING THE REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE <br />IN RECOMMENDED MINIMUM DISPOSITION PRICES OF LAND IN <br />THE INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION PROJECT, IND. R -56 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that <br />now necessary to establish the method to be used for disposition of <br />ct land in the Industrial Expansion Project in accordance with the <br />Disposition Plan. <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that <br />the ale of these parcels are in accordance with the Disposition Plan for <br />this area; and <br />WHEREAS, the minimum price for said land has been determined in ac- <br />cordance with all applicable statues of the State of Indiana and rules and <br />regu ations and Federal statutes governing the sale of urban renewal land; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission has reviewed the three separate <br />Reus Appraisals for said parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed disposition prices for said parcels are, in <br />the pinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission determines <br />that the land in the project area shall be disposed of by a sealed bid <br />public offering with a predetermined minimum fair value, more particularly <br />described in the disposition methods of: <br />Urban Renewal Handbook RHA 7214.1, <br />Chapter 4, Section 1 and 2 <br />are the appropriate methods of disposition in accordance with the Urban <br />Renewal Plan as recorded; and <br />FURTHER, that the South Bend Redevelopment Commission authorizes the <br />Executive Director to submit the proposed disposition price of twenty- <br />three (23¢) cents per square foot to the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development Office for concurrence. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, <br />on April 3, 1969, at the Office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle Avenue, <br />Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />Donald A.
