RESOLUTION NO. 258 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD FORM <br />614431 "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ", <br />REAL ESTATE AND IRREMOVABLE FIXTURES, CENTRAL DOWNTOWN <br />PROJECT, IND.
