No remonstrators aappeaare. and no remonstrances were filed.The Board therefore find thivt the property asse-sed in said Rolls. filed. Ai erdii is therefore assessed Twenty Five (25.00) Dollars . Now comes the Herman J. Ald.ering and wave all notice of assessments under Vacation Resolution No.9. and pay into the treasury of the City of South Bend,Indiana,the sum of Twenty five ( 25.00) No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances,were filed. Trie board find that the property of School City of South bend Indiana,is benefited. in the smount of Dirty ($50.00)Doll€rs . The property of the school City of South Bend Indiana,is therefore assessed' Fifty ( A50.00)d.ollars Now comes the School City of South Benal,indiana,and waive all notice of assessments under Vacation Resolution No. 12. and pay into the treasury of the City of.
