Bauer on the Marietta Street Grade, Curb and walk. 261.72 ✓ Partial estimate allowed T. 14. Bauer on Grade, Curb and Walk on Fe 11 ow Street.; $127.29 / Bond ttnd conract signed and approved for contruction of Grade , Curb and Walk on West Sample Street awarded to H. N. Barnes. The Studebaker Mfg. Company of South Bend, Indiana have conveyed _r_xt warranted to the City of South Bend, Indiana for the consideration of`Two($2.00)Dollars the following described real estate, to -wit: -.A strip of land f'ouF•teen(144) feet in wif width. East and West taken off of Pmd from the entire width of,the East side of the West twenty(20) feet of lot No. Twenty -Four (24) in Elliott Tutt's Addition to the City of South BerW.; also a strip of land fourteen (14) feet in width East and. West taken o'f of and from the entire length of tj7.e East side of the West twenty(20) feet of lot No. twenty6-seiren(2.7) in George W. Swyg art' s sub -division of Bank out lobs Nos.
