Pipe Seger on Leon Court from Kerable Avenue to Scott Street. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION No. 89. RESOLVED, that notices as to the amountsof assessments be published for six consecutiv days in the South Beni Daily Tires, commencing on the 2nd. day of October 1911 stating that the Board will give a hearing on the amount of such asseF sments at its o ffiare in the City --fall on the 27th. day of October 1911 at.7:15 P. lA. RESOLVED, further, that' the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be publiche(.i on the 2nd. day of October 1911 in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hell on the 27th. day of October 1911 at 7:15 P.
