Friday September 22nd. 1911 Board met in regular het,rin€ at 7.15 P. 1di. -All members present. ✓Hearing given on Grade Curb, and walk on OtBrien Street under Improvement Resolution Noi66. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the propert.* and. to the City of .South Bend are equal to the estimateo', cost of said improvements and. the Pane are Pti,hgreby in all things ratified, con' ; firmed and approved. Resolved that notices be published on the 2nd day of October and on the 9th. day of October 1911 in the South Bend Deily Tides, stating $rhat this Board will i A'::. receive bids for the construction of said imrovements up to 10 A. lilt. on the 20th. clay of October 1911. The Board reserves the ri Fj'ht to reject any or Ell bids. Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution Number 10 for the extension of Orange Street. Resolved,that notices as to the amounts of angessments be published for six consNcutive days in the South Ben(,' daily Time s,coru!iencing on the 16th. dray of October 1911 stating that this Boitr.d will give a hearing on the amounts of Such assessments at- its office in the City Hall on the 27t;z. 1911 at 7-15 p.M. Resolved further,that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final nal estinate thereon allowed. Notice of t is resolution sAall be published on the 16th. day of October 1911 in the South Bend Daily Times stating that the Board will given hearing -or, the acceptance of such work at its office in the City all on the 27th.. cay of October 1911 at 7-15 P.M.
