eseay Sept., 5th.19-Li. Board met in re.ular session at 10:00 A. M. Mr. Lambert absent. ✓Bids opened on Madison Street Sewer and referred to the City Engineer for tabulation. Street Commissioner ordered to place gravel on Prtirie Avenue. ✓ The Board ordered the placing of two Cluster Lights on the Colfax Avenue Bridge. ./ Bond and contract for the Pipe Sewer on Division Street signed. and approved and awarded to Henry De Voss Bond and contract for Pipe Sewer on Fellows Street signed and approved and aswarded to Henry De Vos.' ,.-Bond and contract far Pipe Sewer on Indiana Avenue signed andd approved and awarded,b to Henry De Von. . ,/ Bond and contract signed and approved for grade, e.` urb and walk on Vassar Avenue signed and approved and awarded to u. M. Hearing given on assessment roll and finale estivate for grade, curb and walk on Calvert Street 'from, Caroline to Sample Street Improvement Res. 36. No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed, the Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed 28th. day of July 1911 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further -find that the assessment roll filed the 28th. day of July 1911 and the final estimate allowed the 28th. day of July 1911 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
