K petitions from East Fefferson.Blvd* Property owners aski ng the Board to grant per— mission to improve by private contract an eighteen(18) foot driveway in the center of of said Blvd. The same to be made of crushed stone and tarvia, also the said driveway to a constructed under the supervision of the City Civil Engineer.
