RESOLUTION NO. 251 <br />RES LUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />BOD OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, <br />A ORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN <br />ACO ISITION PRICES" <br />WHEREAS the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the <br />City, of Sout Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that it is now necessary <br />to purchase arcel No. 6 -3, LaSalle Park Project, Ind. R -57; and, <br />WHEREAS it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for Parcel No. <br />6 -3; and <br />WHEREAS the proposed acquisition price for the parcel of real estate, <br />identified a Parcel 6 -3, as shown on Form HUD -6144, dated February 6, 1969, is, <br />in the opini n of the Commission, fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />hereby dete Ines that Parcel No. 6 -3, in LaSalle Park be acquired and that the <br />filing with he Urban Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated February 6, <br />1969, for th said Parcel 6 -3 is hereby approved. <br />Adopted at t <br />February 6, <br />1001, South <br />ie Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on <br />L969 at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle Avenue, Suite <br />Send, Indiana. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTM,, OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />A.
