RESOLUTION NO. 250 <br />RESO UTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,,AUTHORIZING <br />THE FILING OF AN AMENDATORY APPLICATION TO INCREASE THE LOAN AND <br />CAPITAL GRANT UNDER THE HOUSING ACT OF 1949, AS AMENDED FOR THE LASALLE <br />PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57 <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is operating <br />on an Annual Administrative Budget system instituted and approved by the Depart- <br />ment of Housing and Urban Development, and that administrative expenses included <br />under this budget system are distributed to the various projects being undertaken <br />by the Department by an approved payroll distribution system; and <br />WHEREAS, the payroll distribution of administrative expenses to the LaSalle <br />Park Project, Ind. R -57 has shown that the administrative budget line item of <br />that project is insufficient to complete the project activities in accordance <br />with and to the full extent permitted by the law and the regulations governing <br />the administration of such a project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, <br />Governing Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment that an <br />Amendatory Application for Loan and Capital Grant on behalf of the City of South <br />Bend, Department of Redevelopment for an increase in the loan and capital grant <br />and to amend the project expenditures budget in order to provide the necessary <br />administrative expenses to be borne by the project through the Annual Administrative <br />Budget distribution system, and the Executive Director of the Commission is <br />hereby authorized to execute and is directed to file such Amendatory Application <br />with the Department of Housing and Urban Development and to provide such additional <br />information and to furnish such documents as may be required by said Department <br />and to act s the authorized representative of the City of South Bend, Department <br />of Redevelolpment. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the Redevelopment Commission held February <br />6, 1969 at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle Avenue, Suite 1001, <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPART OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />s <br />,.r <br />Donald A.
