Interlocal Agreement Between the City of South Bend Human Rights Commission and the County <br /> of St. Joseph for Enforcement of the County's Human Rights Ordinance. <br /> Section II. Council Resolution 4710-18 is further clarified to identify Exhibit A as the <br /> original Interlocal Agreement between the County and City dated September 29, 2107, and <br /> Exhibit A-1 as the renewal of Exhibit A which also amends Exhibit A to continue its effect <br /> through 2018 and thereafter and which provides for County financial support as agreed. <br /> Section III. Exhibit A-1 is hereby approved, incorporated into, and made part of <br /> Resolution No. 4710-18 with retroactive effect to April 23, 2018 and thereafter. <br /> Section IV.
