RESOLUTION NO. 248 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN STREETS IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR THE LASALLE PARK <br />PROJECT, IND. R -57 <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment <br />(herein called the "Local Public Agency ") has entered into a <br />Contract for Loan and Grant dated the 22nd day of April, 1966 <br />with the United States of America for the carrying out of an <br />urban renewal project herein known as the LaSalle Park Project, <br />Ind R -57; and <br />WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Plan which has been approved for <br />sai project calls for the dedication of certain land area for the <br />pur ose of street right -of -way: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, <br />Gov rning Body of the Local Public Agency hereby authorizes and <br />dir cts that the proper petition be filed and"all necessary <br />Corm <br />120 <br />ted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />ission held on February 20, 1969 in the Office of the Commission, <br />West LaSalle Avenue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />Donald A.
