RESOLUTION NO. 247 LUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF ANDERSON JONES LAND IN THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, INDIANA R -57 W EREAS, Anderson Jones has submitted a written offer meeting the ap roved minimum price on Disposition Parcels commonly referred to as os. 15 -16, 15 -17, 16 -20 and 16 -21. W EREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that t e acceptance of this bid is in accordance with the approved dispos 1 program for this area; and WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that the redeveloper possesses the qualifications and financial resources necessary to acquire and develop the land in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan; and WHEREAS, the offer of $2459.00 by Anderson Jones is satisfactory and is not less than the offering price of the Commission for uses in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan, which offering price was sub- mitted to and approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Develop- ment.
