me <br />re <br />R- <br />RESOLUTION NO. 246 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF.CHARLES E. <br />STAFFORD FOR LAND IN THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, INDIANA R -57 <br />WHEREAS, Charles E. Stafford has submitted a written offer <br />:ing the approved minimum price on Disposition Parcels commonly <br />!rred to as Nos. 35 -15 and 35 -26, LaSalle Park Project, Indiana <br />' ; and <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined <br />that the acceptance of this bid is in accordance with the approved <br />dis osal program for this area; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that the redeveloper pos <br />ses es the qualifications and financial resources necessary to acquire <br />and develop the land in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the offer of $1231.00 by Charles E. Stafford is <br />satisfactory and is not less than the offering price of the Commission <br />for uses in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan, which offering <br />price was submitted to and approved by the Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION accepts <br />the offer of Charles E.
