Defrees the same to be constructed of Metropolitan Block. ,/Bids were opened on Lindsey Street Pipe Sewer contractand refered to the City Engineer for tabulation. Petition received and read asking for curb and trV€ilk on South Michi n-an. Street fron Ewing Avenue to a proposed road in the Partridge Ad.d.itio. refered to the City Engineer for specifications. Petition for a pipe sewer on Bibdsell Street from Fassanacht Airen a to Linden St. refered to the City Engineer.for specifications Indiana, and Michigan Electric Co submitted revis?ed plains for the side track across s East Lab, Salle Avenue the sge were approved. P;".The Board ordered the removal of the Central Union Telephone Pole in front of the City9s Fire Hydran on Leer St -at # 1735. Also approved of the aforesaid company's. setting poles as follows; J-40ft.pole out -side of Curb line on North side of Marion St. between Scott and Leland .ave. Also -1-10ft. A:nhor i_,_, the alley between Michigan Ave.and Madison St. at second pole East cif L+e1ia`Ad1:'Av6.ie. Replacing one Anchor of the Indianan Michigan Eleetrie Co. on the East side of Leland Ave.between Michigan Ave. and the first alley- north. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.96. Resolved,by the board of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana, That it is desired and deemed necessary to snake the following described public improvements in the aforesaid City a's authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution adopted by said Board on the 5th. day of July 1911. Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind,Size,loea,.tion and terminal points ac follows: Improve Indiana Avenue from Fain Street to Franklin St. by constructins a lateral sewer as follows: Begin at the center of Main Street;thence dent along the center line of Indiana Avenue to the center of Franklin street with a 15 inch pipe sewe Together with the house connections to the curb line along the line of said improvement Samd Improvement shall be known and designated as LATERAL SEWER TMPROVEMENT ITN INDIANA AVENUE FROM MAIM STREET TO FRANKLIN STREET 11APROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.96.
