has <br />Hou <br />loc <br />Ind <br />ed <br />RESOLUTION NO. 241 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE ASSIGN- <br />MENT OF CONTRACT FROM THE GREATER SOUTH BEND HOUSING <br />CORPORATION TO LASALLE PARK HOMES, INC. <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, <br />entered into a certain contract with the Greater South Bend <br />Sing Corporation to sell to said Corporation certain real estate <br />ited in what is commonly referred to as the LaSalle Park Project, <br />R -57, which contract is dated the 18th day of July, 1968; and <br />WHEREAS, the Greater South Bend- Housing Corporation has assign - <br />aid contract to LaSalle Park Homes, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, LaSalle Park Homes, Inc. is composed of the same member - <br />shi and is formed for the same purposes as the Greater South Bend <br />Hou ing Corporation; and <br />WHEREAS, both corporations are Indiana not- for - profit corpora- <br />tions, and LaSalle Park Homes, Inc. was formed to carry out the pro- <br />grains for development and maintenance of said real estate in accord- <br />ance with the plans and specifications developed by the Greater South <br />Bend Housing Corporation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the assignment of the con- <br />tract above described to LaSalle Park Homes, Inc. is in all things here- <br />by approved, and upon compliance with the terms of said contract by La- <br />Salle Park Homes, Inc., an Indiana not - for - profit corporation, the Presi- <br />dent and Secretary of the Department of Redevelopment of the City of <br />Sou h Bend shall, and they are hereby authorized to deliver a deed in <br />tom liance with said contract provisions to LaSalle Park Homes, Inc. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commis- <br />sion held on November 7, 1968, at the office of the Commission, 120 <br />West LaSalle Avenue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEP NT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />onald A.
