RESOLUTION NO. 240 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM <br />H -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES", <br />REAL ESTATE AND IRREMOVABLE FIXTURES, CENTRAL DOWNTOWN <br />PROJECT. IND. R -66 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body <br />of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed <br />the irremovable fixtures appraisals, along with the Real Estate Apprai- <br />sals for Block 19 for 31 parcels to be acquired in the Central Downtown <br />Area, Indiana R -66; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices for the Real Estate and <br />ireemov ble fixtures as shown on DHUD Form H -6144, Request No. 1A, <br />dated November 7, 1968, are in the opinion of the Commission, fair and <br />reasona le; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of <br />Form H-(144, Request No. IA, dated November 7, 1968, for 31 parcels of <br />Real Es ate and irremovable fixtures is hereby approved and Request Nos. <br />1 and 2 be void. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />sion he d on November 7, 1968, at the office of the Commission, <br />West La alle Avenue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana, 46601. <br />ATTEST: <br />V. u. <br />(SEAL) <br />sistant Secretary <br />Commis - <br />120 <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPART T,OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />X <br />ggins ,rre nt <br />
