RESOLUTION NO. 238 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM <br />H -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />IRREMOVABLE FIXTURES, CENTRAL DOWNTOWN PROJECT, IND. R -66 <br />WHE AS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of <br />the City f South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the <br />irremovab a fixtures appraisals along with four divisions of ownership <br />for 14 pa cels to be acquired in the Central Downtown Area, Indiana R -66; <br />and <br />AS, the proposed acquisition prices for irremovable fixtures <br />as shown n DHUD Form H -6144, dated October 17, 1968, are in the opinion <br />of the Co 'ssion, fair and reasonable; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the <br />filing wi h the Urban Renewal Administration of Form H -6144, dated October <br />17, 1968, for 14 parcels of irremovable fixtures is hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of <br />held ou October 17, 1968, at the <br />Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />(SEAL) <br />ATTEST: <br />Jo E.
